She is understanding, excellent, through, personable, friendly staff and the list goes on. My family members go to her now and they feel the exact same way. The staff is really friendly, I had two ingrown toenails. They made it easy to get an appointment for the removal of them. They explained the process exactly what I need to do to take care of my toes afterwards. They had answered all my questions if I had any and I would highly recommend going to this place.

Love this office! From the front office staff to the physician, everyone is super friendly and wiling to provide the best care possible. Front office girl does it all! Mind blowing to see negative reviews about her when she is legit, answering phones, checking insurances, checking patients in and checking out patients. Always with a pleasant attitude. She reminds me of super woman! The same can be said of the physician. Patient needs are always what’s important to them.

I have been a patient for many years. The Dr. and staff have always gone out of their way to make my experience with them comfortable. The Dr's knowledge and bed side manner is beyond excellent. The have called me after hours and on weekends to checkup on my progress. When Covid hit they went the extra mile to keep the patients and staff safe. Any time I have issues with my feet I will be at Estrella Foot and Ankle.

Dr Losi has performed Two surgeries on my foot Which were seamless and the aftercare has been phenomenal.Dr Losi’s Medical Assistant Angel is very kind and helpful and always available for any questions.I have been to other orthopedic clinics but the care was very impersonal and I felt like it was a meat market.
